Token projects

Directorship and operational backbone for Web3 projects

From pre-launch structuring through TGE, treasury build-out, and stable-state governance. We have worked with more than 100 projects. We handle the boring stuff so founders can build.

THE PROGRAM

Three phases. We walk all three with the founders.

We refer to this work internally as “The Program.” Most projects move through three distinct phases, each with different governance and operational requirements. Founders need a partner who knows what each phase requires.

phase 01

Pre-launch & incorporation

Entity structuring , including Cayman foundation companies and BVI entities where appropriate. Board setup. Constitution and purpose drafting, working alongside counsel. Banking and infrastructure preparation.

phase 02

TGE & early operations

Token launch governance. Treasury setup. Market maker, custodian, and exchange introductions. Initial operational scaffolding for accounting, compliance, and reporting.

phase 03

Stable state

Ongoing governance. Treasury management. Reporting. Regulatory awareness as the project grows or the rules change. Documentation that holds up in front of a regulator or community.

A full stack, not a director alone

Most projects do not need just a director

We provide a full suite of services through Hash Directors to our sister firms with one point of contact. One relationship. One point of contact.

The boring stuff

We take care of the boring stuff so founders can build

Compliance. Tax filings. Regulatory reporting. Secretarial work. Audit preparation. The work that pulls founders away from products and community. We take care of it so they don’t have to.

We provide introductions to clients, share industry insightsand help projects navigate the ecosystem wherever we can. A Hash Director adds value to the project, not just oversight.

QUESTIONS

Project questions we hear most

Earlier is better. The decisions made pre-incorporation are harder to unwind post-launch. Many of the structural issues we see beginbefore a director is in the room.

We can discuss compensation structures appropriate to the engagement and project. We are mindful of conflicts and disclose them accordingly.

Yes, where the introduction makes sense for the project.

No. We do not design token mechanics or vesting arrangements, but we provide governance and industry feedback based on our experience.

Yes, where the launch architecture uses a BVI entity alongside the Cayman foundation. We coordinate with the relevant BVI service providers.
