Petri has extensive experience in both finance and IT, holding qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He began his career in South Africa, where he audited several listed companies, banks, and entities in various other sectors.

He later worked in the United States before moving to the Cayman Islands, where he gained extensive exposure to the funds industry, including internal controls and IT controls for funds and service providers.

In the latter part of his career, he focused on digital assets and worked with some of the largest funds and service providers in the space. Petri currently serves as the Chairman of the Blockchain Association of the Cayman Islands (BACI) and sits on the steering committees of Digital Cayman and the Crypto Currency Security Standard (CCSS).

Danielle is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with over 8 years of experience in financial services and operating companies, including over 4 years in the digital assets space.

She began her career in South Africa, where she gained exposure to a wide range of clients, including listed entities. She then moved to the Cayman Islands, where she worked on the audits of hedge funds dealing with various strategies and fund sizes. After auditing, she transitioned to the fund accounting industry, with a focus on digital assets, where she worked with some larger funds in the space and most service providers. Danielle has a deep knowledge of digital asset funds and the practical challenges and solutions in the space.

Cobus is a Chartered Accountant with 12 years of experience in the offshore financial services industry. He has a background in investment funds and has worked for two of the world’s largest investment banks, as well as a Big 4 audit firm.

Most recently, he launched and led the fintech corporate services practice at one of the largest offshore law firms, where he specialized in fintech foundation companies. Cobus has also served as an independent director for a variety of asset finance and structured finance special purpose vehicles, as well as proprietary trading entities, with a specific focus on cryptocurrency trading.
